The furlough happened around April 1st. It was time they said, close up house. See where this virus takes us. I did several projects, made lists of random tasks and tried to keep myself busy. I watched so much TV I’m able to quote the commercials on Hulu. “We use Teams!”, “There’s a Ratt problem!”
So what now? Well, I took some weekend trips. Visited Charleston a couple of times. Stopped by Savannah and finished up another trip to Ocean City and Annapolis. As I was talking to Michelle the idea came of doing a cross country trip. I love driving, seeing new places and get Slurpees. Giddy Up!!!
Where to go?
I’m in for the long hall and would love to have you along for the ride. The plan is very gumby. The trip will start off to Northern Kentucky to visit Evan and Lauren. Then from there, to Mount Rushmore. Looking forward to visiting Andrew and Kathy in Boise around the 3rd weekend of June. After that, it’s driving back and doing whatever, going wherever. There is no plan!

- I’m just glad I get to do this. I’m thankful for some savings and for the PUA benefits monthly, the bills are getting paid. If you wish to donate to the trip, you are welcome too. I’m asking to please keep it under $10.00.

- If there is something you can only get say from Florissant, Missouri and would like for me to bring it back to you in NC, I’m your man. Does Aunt Edna need to get to Phoenix? The roof is available. Note, it’s not overnight delivery unless talk to Big Enos.
